SHIPPING

 

  • We normally ship small packages via U.P.S. or FedEx ground the same day or next day. After we ship, allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery.  After we ship, we assume no liability for delay in delivery. We do not ship any orders to Post Office Boxes.
  • Large and heavy items are shipped by a trucking company due to the size and weight of the item and that should take between 5 - 7 business days for delivery.
  • Seaga Vending Machine takes up to 2 weeks for delivery.
  • Please see the item description for an estimate on the time of shipping.
  • The shipping company responsibilities to deliver to the curb side of the address unless an upgrade service is obtained at the time of checkout such as (inside delivery, white glove or lift gate when it is not available).

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

  • Returns for safes other than damaged/defective are possible up to 30 days after delivery date and subject to a 20% restocking fee and less the original shipping and processinf fees. Once a safe has shipped customer will be responsible for freight to and from the delivery address. Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization must be obtained by contacting our customer service department. All freight deliveries must be inspected for damage at time of delivery in a timely manner. Failure to carefully inspect packaging and note damage or refuse delivery will remove all liability of damage from Discount Mall Inc. and require the consignee to file any claims against the carrier themselves.
  • Please inspect carefully any shipment you receive from us by U.P.S. or any common carriers. In the event of visible exterior or interior damage, inspect the item and see if you want it or you need a replacement, if you want to keep it and file a partial damage claim with the carrier do so, if you do not want the item then REFUSE it and we will ship you a replacement as soon as we get the damage report from the carrier, either way, this should be noted on the freight bill or driver's report. All interior Damage must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of your order. On a shortage/concealed damage shipment, be sure to keep all original packing materials. 

 

Pre-Authorized Returns Other Than Damaged Due to Freight Carrier

  • NO RETURNS will be accepted without a return authorization number from The Discount Home Office. We will not make any adjustments or replacements on UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns must include a copy of your original invoice with the date of purchase, customer number, authorization return number and a note stating the specific reason for the return.
  • All authorized returns are to be in original boxes and in a like new condition. When packaging items to be returned, be sure they are packed inside another master carton to prevent damage during the return shipping. You will receive either credit or replacement from us. Any merchandise received that is not in original boxes or the condition of the product is NOT like new, is subject to be returned to you and no credit issued. All returns has a restocking fee which varies by vendor.
  • No Returns after 30 days.
