Since it is a curbside delivery, shipping will include a lift gate to protect the item from the truck to the ground. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the safe to the desired room.
This is a solid, practical office safe designed to protect your valuables against burglary and fire damage for up to 2 hours of heat exposure. It is robustly built, with an electronic locking mechanism that is easy to program and self-locking option means you will never leave this safe unintentionally unlocked. I just followed the instructions that came with the safe and I had it open in just a few seconds and then reprogrammed it to my personal combination. The Master Code can only be changed with the Door open. Also supports 4 additional Lock codes that cannot be added or changed without the Master Code and comes with one adjustable shelf. The Safe was strapped to a wood pallet in shipment therefore the box and safe were in excellent condition not a scratch on it with packing inside holding the shelf in place. This is a fairly heavy safe (the carton said 220lbs, the Hollon website said 242lbs the shipper had 293lbs on the manifest which probably included the pallet) and is difficult to move without a set of hand trucks.
